DIS Congress Service takes care of the on-line registration for the EFA 2012 Annual Meeting. Hotel accommodation is possible as part of the on-line registration process.

1. Participants who are 2012 member of the EFA
Participants who paid 60 Euro paper submission fee are already 2012 members of the European Finance Association for 2012. This also includes the subscription to the Review of Finance (4 issues per year).
Academics DKK 1,500 /€200 (DKK 2,250/€300)
Doctoral student DKK 750 /€100 (DKK 1,500/€200)
Practitioners DKK 2,250/€300 (DKK 4,500/€600)
2. Participants who are not yet 2012 member of the EFA
The registration fee includes 60 Euro membership fee of the European Finance Association for 2012 and subscription to the Review of Finance (4 issues per year).
Academics DKK 1,950/€260 (DKK 2,700/€360)
Doctoral student DKK 1,200/€160 (DKK 1,950/€260)
Practitioners DKK 2,700/€360 (DKK 4,950/€660)
The following items are included in the participant fee:
Attendance at all sessions, lunches, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days, Welcome reception at Kilen 15. August, NASDAQ OMX reception at Børsen 16. August (please remember to sign up for this when you register).
Not included in the participant fee:
Admission fee for conference dinner (August 17 – evening). 50 Euro (375 DKK) per Person.
On-site Registration
Registration made later than 13. August will be considered as on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated.
Final Registration
Participants must register at the Registration Desk (CBS) upon arrival at the Conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.
Payment
Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of EFA, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:
- by charging your Credit Card
- by bank transfer to account No.4180- 4180 339 809(EFA) – IBAN No. DK 9830004180339809, Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Frederiksberggade 1, DK-1459 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
- by electronic invoice (only for Danish delegates). På grund af den lange ekspeditionstid for EAN-fakturaer, er denne betalingsmåde ikke mulig senere end 30 dage før konference start. EAN gebyr er på kr 39,-
IMPORTANT: Please remember to state EFA and PARTICIPANT’S NAME on all money transfers to the Con-ference Secretariat.
If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the congress.
Terms and conditions
Confirmation
A written confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after 13. August will be processed on site and will not release a written confir-mation.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing immediately.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of DKK 400 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secre-tariat before 2. July 2012. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected.
