In order to secure an accommodation suiting your needs and wishes, you are encouraged to book as soon as possible. If you require a triple bedroom, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing by sending an e-mail to participants@discongress.com, stating all names and arrival and departure dates.
Participants who want to book hotel accommodation should indicate the preferred hotel on the hotel reservation form. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the closest alternative will be allocated.
If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the congress it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable congress rate.

Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel****
Radisson Blu Falconer is located in the special atmosphere at Frederiksberg, one of Copenhagen’s most charming districts. Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon check-out . ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL.
In case of cancellation or changes: Before the 11/6 2012, the deposit will be refunded, between the 11/6 and the 27/7 2012; the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the cancelled room-nights to another guest. After the 27/7 2012 no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel.
All bookings will be made on a first-come first served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
