Letter of Invitation
The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. In order to request this formal letter of invitation please write to dis@discongress.com. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. The letters will be sent by regular air mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his/ her own expense.
Visa
The entry formalities for the Kingdom of Denmark vary according to the country of origin. Congress delegates are asked to address enquiries about entry and vaccination requirements to the travel agent or to the local Royal Danish Embassy / Consulate / Representation in the home country. Further information can be obtained on www.um.dk/en
Local Transportation
The Metro train from Copenhagen Airport offers you a direct train every 4-6 minutes to the city centre of Copenhagen and will take approximately 14 minutes. Please check www.m.dk for further information.
A taxi from Copenhagen Airport to the city centre is approximately DKK 250 (no extra charges for suit-cases).
How to get to the venue
In the conference bag delegates will find a travel card valid for the period Wednesday, August 16 to Saturday, August 18. It allows delegates to travel freely within the zones 1 and 2 with metro, s-train and bus. This means that delegates are able to travel from their hotel to the venue, and also travel around in the city centre. Copenhagen Business School is placed right next to the metro station “Frederiksberg”, so it is very easy to get to the venue with the metro.

Please bring your presentation/discussion on a USB flash drive or similar.
